  • A staff member is required to set up the buffet and desserts. They also take the hassle out of your day by taking everything down and cleaning buffets and utensils back at our 5 star kitchen after your function. 1 staff member can handle from 19-50 guests. Please see staffing costs in the staffing section. Please be aware we supply catering grade plastic plates and cutlery although if you would like to hire melamine plates and stainless steel cutlery there is an extra charge per person.
